Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes. Both secure telehealth and in-person appointments are available. Whether you prefer the convenience of meeting from home or feel more comfortable connecting in person, you can choose the option that works best for you.
What is a psychiatric consultation?
It’s an opportunity for me to understand what you’ve been experiencing, what may be contributing to your symptoms, and what you hope to change. I'll review your mental health and medical history, discuss your concerns, and work together to create a treatment plan that feels appropriate for your needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Do you provide psychiatry as well as therapy?
My primary focus is psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with supportive therapy incorporated when appropriate. If you need ongoing psychotherapy, I’m happy to collaborate with your therapist or help connect you with additional resources.
Who do you see for appointments?
I welcome patients ages 12 and older from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I provide care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Treatment is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to your needs.

What should I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit is a 60-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we’ll discuss your current concerns, history, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll explore your options and create a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments may be subject to a $50 fee.
